Who we are

REPL is a proprietorship. Its proprietor is Sandeep Kumar Jain, at Room No. 3B, 3rd Floor, 125, Chamarajpet, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560018, India. In this policy, “we” means REPL.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or a distributor application, we receive:

your name and email address
your phone number, company, and city or country, if you give them
the size, colour and quantity you ask about, and your message

The website does not take payments and has no customer accounts.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry: to send a quote, answer your questions, or discuss becoming a distributor. You agree to this when you tick the box on the form.

Where it goes

The form sends your enquiry to us by email. The website itself does not keep a copy.

The website and our email are hosted by Hostinger. Cloudflare carries the connection between your browser and the website, so it handles your internet address while you visit. Your enquiry email is stored in our mailbox with Hostinger.

We keep enquiry emails for 12 months, then delete them.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, the website counts how many enquiries each connection sends in an hour. It keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for this, never the address itself, and the record expires after one hour.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Its fonts and images are served from this website, not from other companies.

Phone and WhatsApp

If you call us or use a WhatsApp link, the call or chat is handled by your phone company or by WhatsApp, under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw your consent. To do this, or to raise a complaint about how we handle your data, contact us:
